As Rooted Vitality has grown, so has my inspiration.

With work, families, and all the demands of life, we often put ourselves last. We make sure everyone else has what they need, then try to care for ourselves with whatever time and energy remain.

I want Rooted Vitality to be a gentle reminder that it is okay to stop and take a moment for yourself.
